  • The wrong item was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Minor color or appearance variations caused by photography or screen settings

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method for prepaid orders

  • Via bank transfer or another suitable method for eligible cases

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellation Policy
